This Privacy Policy explains how Voyage IQ Limited ("Voyage IQ," "we," "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information through the AI assistant deployed for TTI Travel Canada (the "Bot").
Who this applies to
This policy applies to employees and authorized users of TTI Travel Canada who interact with the Bot through Microsoft Teams.
What we collect
When you use the Bot, we collect:
Your name (as provided by Microsoft Teams)
The content of your chat messages with the Bot
We do not collect passwords, financial information, or any data outside of your direct interactions with the Bot.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to generate responses within the Bot and to maintain the quality of the service. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the Bot's function.
Third-party processing
Responses generated by the Bot are processed through OpenAI's API. Message content is transmitted to OpenAI for this purpose. OpenAI's privacy practices are governed by their own policy, available at openai.com/privacy. We do not permit OpenAI to use your data to train their models.
Data retention
Chat messages and associated data are retained for 30 days from the date of interaction, after which they are permanently deleted.
Data ownership and control
TTI Travel Canada is the data owner. Voyage IQ processes data on their behalf. Requests to access, correct, or delete your data should be directed to your employer (TTI Travel Canada). Voyage IQ will action all verified deletion requests promptly.
Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
