These Terms of Use govern your use of the AI assistant deployed for TTI Travel Canada (the "Bot") by Voyage IQ Limited ("Voyage IQ"). By using the Bot, you agree to these terms.
Who may use the Bot
The Bot is intended for authorized employees and staff of TTI Travel Canada only. Access is granted by TTI Travel Canada and may be revoked at any time.
What the Bot does
The Bot is an AI-powered onboarding and knowledge assistant. It provides informational responses based on content provided by TTI Travel Canada. It does not have access to external systems, does not take actions on your behalf, and does not represent official legal, HR, or compliance advice.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Bot only for its intended purpose. You must not:
Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or misuse the Bot
Input confidential third-party data not related to your work at TTI Travel Canada
Use the Bot for any unlawful purpose
Accuracy of responses
The Bot uses AI to generate responses and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Always verify important information with an appropriate person at TTI Travel Canada before acting on it.
Intellectual property
The Bot, including its underlying automation, configuration, and logic, is the intellectual property of Voyage IQ. TTI Travel Canada is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bot during the term of their agreement with Voyage IQ.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyage IQ is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on the Bot's responses.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
